Sizewell C (Nuclear Generating Station) Order 2022/853 – Article 19

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE GREEN, KNODISHALL

SIZEWELL C (Nuclear Generating Station) intends to make an order closing THE GREEN, KNODISHALL from its junction with Theberton Road for approximately 250m to facilitate rail improvement works, including track upgrades and resurfacing at The Green Level Crossing. Other associated works may occur.

The diversion route will be Theberton Road, Saxmundham Road, Buckleswood Lane, B1119 Saxmundham Road and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate between 5 August to 5 September 2026.
