Sizewell C (Nuclear Generating Station) Order 2022/853 – Article 19

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF B1122 ABBEY ROAD AND PART OF LOVERS LANE, LEISTON

SIZEWELL C (Nuclear Generating Station) intends to make an order closing part of B1122 Abbey Road from its junction with Rowley Mews to its junction with Potters Street and Lovers Lane from its junction with Abbey Road to its junction with King George’s Avenue to facilitate works associated with the completion of the Plaza Roundabout.

Other coordinated works may also take place during this period.

The diversion route for Abbey Road will be B1122, B1069, A1094, A12, B1122 and vice versa.

The diversion route for Lovers Lane will be King George’s Avenue, B1122 and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will operate between 8pm on Friday 25^th September until 5am on 28^th September and between 8pm on Friday 2^nd October until 5am on Monday 5^th October.
